missingWrote a review on Dec 11useful kitchenettelack of cleanlinessunavailable staff
The kitchenette was useful for preparing light meals.
The cleanliness was severely lacking. I found dirty floors and a cockroach in the shower. The staff's unavailability was frustrating, especially when basic needs like towels couldn't be met. With no routine cleaning service offered, it was disappointing to stay in such a neglected environment.

I liked the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable, which made a big difference. The location was decent, close to attractions. There was a small kitchen area that helped save on meals. However, the overall cleanliness was a big letdown. The bathroom had snot on the walls, mold in the shower, and dust everywhere. The drawers in the dressers were troublesome. I didn't feel comfortable with the maintenance issues like the kicked wall. Also, hearing noise from other guests at night made sleep hard. It’s good for a quick stay, but definitely not for those sensitive to cleanliness.

We appreciated the budget-friendly price for our family stay, close to attractions. The staff was polite, making check-in smooth and easy for our large crew, including two babies. It was convenient to have a kitchen area to handle snacks, especially with kids around.
My kids wished for better kitchen utensils.

The staff provided friendly service, making check-in a breeze. The location was near many local attractions, which was convenient. The kitchenette proved useful to prepare quick meals between outings. Additionally, the decent Wi-Fi allowed us to keep in touch easily with family while we were there.
The bathroom cleanliness was concerning.
